How do we know who you are?
All our employees wear the Refreshing Lea uniform so you know it’s us whilst cleaning and entering the back of the property. Our van is fully sign written so you can’t miss us!
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No you don’t need to be home for us to carry out our cleaning work. If you aren't going to be in and would like the rear of the property cleaned we suggest leaving a gate open for access. * some clients leave us access via our key safe option.
How will I know when I’m next booked in?
We will give you a courtesy text/call the day before as a reminder of your scheduled clean.
Do we need access to the garden hose?
Window cleaning: No, we supply all our water with our 750litre onboard tank.
Patio cleaning: Yes we will do.
Do you use ladders?
Yes, on occasions when our pole can’t reach or restricted access.
Why are the windows still wet?
Our purified water systems dry by themselves. Some windows can have tougher build up which take up to 2-3 cleans to get them to the standard we are happy with.
How do I pay?
We accept Cash, transfer and GoCardless.
