How do I pay?
We accept Cash, transfer and GoCardless
Do I need to be at home when you clean?
No you don’t need to be home for us to carry out our cleaning work, we will give you a courtesy text the day before as a reminder of your scheduled clean. If you aren't going to be in and would like the rear of the property cleaned we suggest leaving a gate open for access. * some clients leave us access via a key safe if you choose to do so
Do we need access to the garden hose?
No, we supply all our water (purified via our system in the back of the van).
How do we know who you are?
All our employees wear the Refreshing Lea uniform so you know it’s us whilst cleaning and entering the back of the property. Our van is fully sign written so you can’t miss us!
Do you use ladders?
Yes, on occasions when our 37ft pole can’t reach.
