No you don’t need to be home for us to carry out our cleaning work. If you aren't going to be in and would like the rear of the property cleaned we suggest leaving a gate open for access. * some clients leave us access via our key safe option.

We will give you a courtesy text/call the day before as a reminder of your scheduled clean.

Window cleaning: No, we supply all our water with our 750litre onboard tank.
Patio cleaning: Yes we will do.

Yes, on occasions when our pole can’t reach or restricted access.

Our purified water systems dry by themselves. Some windows can have tougher build up which take up to 2-3 cleans to get them to the standard we are happy with.

On the day we accept Cash, on site card machine, if you aren’t in then we leave a courtesy slip with a note of the work we have carried out, price and our details for bank transfers.
